The Civic Club of Harrisburg Presents “When Delivering the Right Message is  Paramount,” Count on the 193rd Special Operations Wing of the Air National Guard, Whose Motto is Never Seen, Always Heard

The 193rd Special Operations Wing (SOW) of the Pennsylvania Air National Guard, located at Harrisburg International Airport in Middletown, is home to the only airborne Military Information Support Operations broadcasting platform in the U.S. military. Two of its Master Sergeants will speak at TCCH’s November meeting.
