Rental Agreement Policies & Procedure

In order to rent the Overlook, Renter and Caterer must carefully review and sign at the end of this

document indicating the Renter’s agreement to TCCH Policies and Procedures.

TCCH reserves the right to terminate the Rental Agreement for Renter or Caterer’s failure to

adhere to the Policies and Procedures for Selected Caterers.
